"Switched out one headlight bulb last month and didn't listen to that little voice that said you should change out the other one. So, of course, while traveling it goes out. Go into O'Reilly's, get my bulb and I ask about some assistance getting it installed as the last one was tricky. Wait for the space in front of the store to clear out and the associate came out and got it switched. They are awesome."
