"I got this insurance in case I had to cancel the concert tickets. I ended up not being able to go. Their company lists “being unable to attend an event” as a valid claim reason. However, when I emailed them they said it was not and referred me back to the policy which said the same thing without any additional details or explanations. What kind of a scam is this? This trashy scam of a company needs to be shut down by the BBB for lying to people. This is one of the worst and scammiest experiences I’ve ever dealt with."

"Worst company ever. I was just dropped by them for living in a fire zone, for which they insured me for in the first place! They sent out my insurance packet while sending me a cancellation. They gave me a week before cancelling me. Strongly recommend staying clear of insurance companies who won't insure you."
