"Hello. I just had a very nice e conversation with Ruth. I have been calling around and have received many many calls from insurance brokers as well as agents. I gave myself 2 days to make a decision. I finally met Ruth (by phone) with Aims insurance who hooked me up with National General which is who I finally decided to go with. Ruth though was wonderful. She was very professional and friendly and was a wonderful customer service representative. I actually asked her name because quite frankly I will be contacting her to make an upgrade in the next 3 weeks I believe that she should be commended for her great customer service. Hello.
