"Parts department isn’t what it used to be anymore from previous years as far as customer service. Don’t get me wrong still decent on getting items on time but customer service is subpar, every time I call or go in seems like you’re a burden too them or they have a somewhat lazy attitude assisting you makes me go to auto parts stores or just order online now. Hector and Jonathan the previous parts representatives were great, awesome attitudes and were always a pleasure to talk too about parts and vehicles, unfortunate they are longer there anymore."
