"Discovering my mom's car needed a tune up late I rushed to this location arriving at 9:54. Closing time is 10:00 p.m. the doors were locked and no one in sight. I knocked on the door and a redshirted employee came out and let me in. I apologized for cutting it so close but didn't know till the last minute to which he didn't respond to at all not a single word. As we both walked towards the counter he took the bag of whatever he had and threw it halfway across the store angrily like I was imposing or bothering him greatly. All I needed was some spark plugs a coil and some tire fix. The young gentleman, and I used the term lightly, was disgruntled and rude the whole visit. Stomping around and finally getting the parts I need while I grab the tire fixed myself. The manager was quite pleasant and took care of what I needed but the red shirt employee to the end maintenance and lack of communication and disgruntled attitude all the way to the the door to let me out. This being my third visit to AutoZone today marked over $500 spent with this company just today, and I can tell you right now I will never go back to this store."
