CALL PATTY INSURANCE SERVICES

"Classic bait and switch! Stay away from this company! I called Patty Insurance and spoke with Yohanna for a quote for commercial insurance for my cargo van. The quote I received was $2650 down and 10 payments of $598. I agreed to the numbers and gave her my credit card info. She told me that she could "expedite the process" and have everything completed in a week and that she would reach out to me then. Over the next couple of days I reached out to her via text message with some questions I had and she was very responsive. A day later my credit card gets charged for the down payment and that when things change. The week goes by and no word from Yohanna. I give her about 3 extra days and still no contact, so I than decided to send her a couple text messages but still no response. I was finally able to reach her after repeated calls and she told me that she was waiting on the carrier to get back to her with more information. After a couple more days of waiting she calls me back and gives me a whole new quote! It was almost double! I told her I did want to move forward and to refund my money asap. She told me that it would take 10-15 days. 15 days go by and no refund! I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges and my money was refunded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!"
