"I purchased an alternator here, which left me stranded in the desert. To get off the trail, I had a friend drive me up a replacement, this happens, I get it. I brought the alternator back with my proof of purchase (it wasn’t even a week old) , it was tested and it failed. I asked for a refund but was denied by the owner. He wanted PROOF that I replaced the alternator from somebody else, not giving me the benefit of the doubt. Never have I had a vendor require a receipt from another vendor to prove that I am not a liar. I have been a customer at this NAPA for over 40 years, service has always been great but as of today, I will not be coming back to this NAPA ever again. I am offended and very disappointed. Bye guys."
