"They sent a tow truck to us and it took awhile to arrive. When the man checked under the hood with all his equipment and couldn't locate the problem via his attachments he then asked for the keys and inserted them repeatedly ( 6 times) into the door and then he started the engine up immediately. Who knew the kill switch was directly linked to the alarm? Sure made us believers. He apologized for our wait and we told him we heard there was a lil traffic jam on hilltop and L st due to an accident and not to worry. Just very professionally savvy and polite to apologize for his late arrival when it was beyond his control. Nice kid."

"Tony ALWAYS does an awesome job! Don't take your car anywhere else. I've taken my BMW and as of recent my Jeep Cherokee. Not only does a great job, he guarantees EVERYTHING............and his prices are waaay less expensive than a dealer."

"Bought a used car there. Tony seemed honest and sincere. Not so much, the car wound up needing several thousand dollars of repairs after the purchase. It broke down 100 miles from home leaving me in the desert. It's a Volvo, he installed a Cadillac Air Mass Meter on it and to get it to pass smog his shop loosened up the hose clamp to it. I got towed home and a Volvo specialist diagnosed the problem, installed the correct part and I was on my way. I wish I could say that one item was it. They put good new spark plugs in but ones that were the wrong for Volvos. When the mechanic went to change them he found them hand tightened. I couldn't believe it, but there they were, washers not compressed, car ran better with the right plugs, tightened down. The problems go on. But I won't, too complicated. This is not a reputable shop. I can see he wouldn't have known for the plugs type, I researched the issue, they were top quality but had incompatibility over the years w.r.t. Volvos; okay, he didn't know, a Volvo specialist did, but to not tighten them? To substitute a used Cadillac part he must have had around for the expensive Volvo one and then jury-rig it to pass smog only to have my drive go into limp-home mode while I was on the 101 between LA and Nor Cal. And how the plugs were found is related to another issue - there wound up being a failed coil, when it was replaced it was discovered they were all about to fail, that's how the plugs were noticed - all discovered after the purchase. I was 100's of miles from home and my previous car had broken down, so, in the market, I took a prospective purchase to Tony's to be checked out and instead bought his "for sale Volvo", which after several thousand in repairs has been okay now. He sold me a "Lemon" of sorts when I was miles from home. But what made it a lemon was lack of mechanical ethics on the condition of the car. Don't buy a car from them, and don't expect to have qualified service done from what all was found on my car they serviced."

"Never been here until brought my car here first time, it was misfiring and riding very rough. Diagnostic Tony gave me that I need a new throttle body and plugs. Was going to cost $750 or so. I had a funny gut feeling so towed it to different mechanic. Ended up being just the spark plugs. I am hoping this was just honest mistake."

"I take my car (BMW e60 528i) here for all the work needed done to it including oil changes. Prices are very reasonable. Tony is nice, trustworthy and honest. (Something hard to find in auto shops) He offers great service including loaner vehicles. Very convenient and all staff/mechanics are great! This is the only shop I go to. Thank you Tony!"
