"I take our car here regularly. Phil (the owner) seems to be a good guy, and yes, he seems Brit to me, a little rough on the edges, but a straight-forward guy. I've tried other service centers in the area, and I just feel comfortable with him. On one instance, he did a $2000 repair for me (thru insurance). He replaced some electrical parts for me, and when we took it into the dealer for some extra calibration, the dealer and insurance found the problem wasn't fixed, and suggested he installed used parts. Here's the kicker, he showed the invoice that he got the part from that same dealership, and they promptly replaced the parts free. I DO NOT TRUST DEALERSHIPS!! I didn't give him 5 stars just cuz he isn't flawless. But I'll continue to use his service as long as we have an import."
