What was shocking was that after my 2nd visit to this clinic, I was told to schedule a filling appointment and because I didn't, I was sent a letter stating that I was no longer welcome as a patient in the clinic. I then sent an email asking for my X-Rays and was given 2 screen shots essentially rather than my actual x-ray records. To get kicked out without warning, all because I didn't "follow the dentists recommendations" after only having been there twice and having overall great dental health and 1 minor cavity, was really shocking and off-putting."
