"I had Allstate for my home, 4 cars and 2 rental properties. Nonetheless, Jawad and his team were so non-responsive and difficult to work with, I moved to a new Allstate location nearer my home. Despite my desire to change agents, Jawad kept taking back my accounts and I would receive billing notices and policy updates from his LaJolla office instead of my preferred insurance broker. After 20 years, I finally switched everything over to State Farm. And then I received a notice from a Collection Agency trying to claim that I owed money to Jawad for accounts I had already closed when I switched to State Farm. Be careful walking into that office; it's hard to get back out."
