"The place looks better inside. The guy who did my nails (George) did such a terrible job. He ruined my nails. Mind you I normally would go in for a manicure and buffing no police. I like natural short nails. I had called for an appointment and told them I wanted to get my nails done for my daughter’s wedding and wanted someone good. I got George. First he took an drummer tool and sanded down my nautical nail so thin. They were rough and then he put polish on. He ruined my nails! Polish was so thick and clumpy. He went through motions but not sure he was very skilled. I have never had anyone sand down my nails to nothing. I will now have to wait for them to grow out. They want to easily tear now. I have seen them use that tool on acrylics but, not on clean natural nails. I had to go home and redo my nail polish for the wedding, on my own. If you look closely at the picture you can see my now uneven thickness of my nails Will not go back!"

"I have never written a review for a nail place before, but given my experience, I felt the need to. I asked for short acrylic nails with rounds edges. What I got was misshapen bubble looking nails. I expressed how I wasn't very happy with the shape and asked the older gentleman to fix it. After he painted them, he proceeded to file them angrily, and cutting me in the process. I told him that he was just making it worse. He replied that there would be no cost. I explained that it wasn't a matter of cost, I just wanted them to look nice. He went onbto the next customer and left my nails looking atrocious! How are you just going to file painted nails and leave them that way? I have never in my life had someone be so rude to me at a nail salon! I will not be back! Went to Dream Nails down the street and the guy there was so polite and fixed them as best he could. Unfortunately, the guy at Creative Nails had filed my nails so short and so mishapen, that I will have to wait for these to grow out a little more before they will look how I wanted them to in the first place."

"If you will note the other 2 five star reviews on here from 2years and 4years ago, I too LOVED this Salon a few years ago. In fact I have been going here for 7years!!! Unfortunately the new management is TERRIBLE. Not only did my favorite people leave but the new nail artists they have are rude and don't listen. The owner specifically is the reason I will not go back. He is an older man and he doesn't listen at all. When he was removing my acrylics I told him numerous times that he was filing my nail down too low. MY ACTUAL NAIL! The acrylic nail was gone. He refused to listen and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. My nails are now SO thin that they continue to tear and cut down all the way past my nail bed! It is extremely painful! It has been 3 weeks and I haven't been able to get them to grow above my nail bed because my entire nail is so thin! I have to wear band aids on all my fingers to protect them from getting ripped off or cutting deeper. It is more than just disliking the service now. I am in physical pain because of his dismissive attitude towards a customer."

"I love this place! I was hasty about coming here with one of my coworkers but I'm glad I did come, everyone in here is so friendly! It was my first time getting my nails done for Prom in May and ever since I've been going every month to simply get them done. Definitely recommend this place."
