"The employees in this store are extremely rude and unhelpful. I felt profiled by a white employee who I asked a question and then she proceeded to covertly follow me around the store and came out of nowhere to snatch a hair product out of my hand when I went to try it. Reading some other reviews it’s clear this happens often at this store. She did not ask me any questions just snatched it from my hand and walked away. They should really have some sort of training to better handle things. So ridiculous the way they treat customers who are just trying to shop."

"I’m giving this store 5 stars and I dont really leave reviews, but I was looking for the right shade of concealer for me and the right shade of foundation and what foundation would work best for my skin and Sophia helped me sooo much!! She color compared concealer to me and found the right shade for me. And when I told her what I wanted in a foundation, she offered me two options and tested each shade on me and when they were all too dark for me, she recommended one they had online in stock only and was just so sweet, patient and helpful. It was such a sweet experience and she seemed like she genuinely just loved her job!! So props to sophia :))"

"Seriously pricey. The staff did not know their products. Really crowded. It was not my preference. Some people enjoy crowds and don't mind paying a lot for it. They did have a huge variety of brands and products and some staff doing make up applications, eyebrows, etc."

"Great store I use to love this store but just the other day I was their with my daughter and her friend and we were shopping looking around when my daughters friend grabbed a pack of eye lashes and one of the workers came strait up to her when she had just grabbed theme and snatched theme out of her hand and told her that they were going to be in the front cashier for her. I was so upset she had done that very unprofessional and it makes me not want to shop here anymore…."

"This is by far the worst Ulta store I've ever been to, and I've unfortunately had to come here multiple times due to its location. There has never been, not once, someone on the floor who knew 1. where any of the products were located or 2. if they even carry the product I was looking for/have familiarity with the brands. Even when asked the obligatory , "can I help you find something?", there was zero knowledge about what I was looking for or if it was even stocked. The checkout employees also seem not to understand how to read an account, manage returns, or at times acknowledge that there's a customer in front of them checking out; at they're too busy chatting with the fellow employees behind the counter. Twice now I've had a person just walk away from me with no explination to do something else then return without saying a thing. I am assuming the staff is poorly trained and that's why there's such a lack of understanding of the store or the job. (possibly a management review more than staff?) And, it always seems that the shelves are poorly stocked and messy. A good deal of the inventory is also on metro shelving along the front window. I've been up and down the west coast and this is this location is on the bottom of the list. Ulta, if you're reading this, please overhaul this busy store cause it needs it."
