"I gave Naty 2 stars solely because of her intake. I made an appointment with her for service. The day of the appointment, I gave her a call to let her know I was running a few minutes late (6 min). She had already replaced me with someone else. I've had her services many years ago and I was content with the outcome. However, this is not the first time this happens and the reason why I stopped going. This recent situation ruined my day, and she didn't seem to care. Therefore, because of this, I will seek services elsewhere."
