"They are a fraud. Tried to force us to spend thousands on unnecessary implant. Fixed elsewhere for $100. They refused to provide medically necessary services. They are incompetent and negligent also. Surprised her license isn't revoked already. Get 2nd or 3rd opinion elsewhere. They hire dentists with revoked suspended licenses who are on probation. We returned and the specialist said they were wrong, we could crown the tooth. Then management called us back to force specialist to reverse his assessment. They forced us to spend $1200 more overall to get tooth crowned elsewhere. They were obligated to do it for $0 cost to us per Medi-Cal laws. Medi-Cal pays them."

I appreciated Dr. Posso's candor, she tells you what you need to know and was very patient to answer my questions. I've been in and out in 45 minutes. Also, although this is not a pediatric dentist, they took care of my 12 and 3 year old with grace and patience. That kind of service is hard to find."
