"Amazing dental work as always by Dr. Yu :) We have been coming to him since he first opened in Oxnard and he has been our family dentist for me wife and 2 kids. Kids love him and price is reasonable for the speed of work,,, 2 years ago when we had to have a denture made for wife we were unable to pay full price due to insurance issues,,, but Dr Yu's team was able to get us a subsidy for we be longtime patients and we able to afford denture. Now can chew on that side. Very happy and would always recommend to friends in the area,,,,, thanks !"

"Took my Mom to her dental teeth cleaning in 2012 and has been coming here since for all work!!! She is elderly, and the front desk people especially Dr Yu were very patient and helpful in explaining all the paperwork, GOOD JOB LINDA!!! Both Doctor Yu and the dental technician were caring and careful! Doctor went over the dental plan he thought best. They were very mindful of taking great care of an elderly patient!!! FANTASTIC STAFF!!!! AlsoReviewer below Kara does not understand how dental office work!!!! Dentist cannot do any work that is not givne prroof to insurance company!, especially not on a children!! She is mistaken and giving bad name to good dentist in Oxnard. Dr Yu is always patient and good manners with my mom and I would refer other oxnardian to local dentist here!!!! Thank you!!"

"This happened many years ago and I do NOT recommend this dentist. First off #1 my child had NO cavities and he said he wanted to put silver crowns on my son teeth. I asked him " Why do you want to do that when my child has no cavities?'. He responded by telling me " I will put crowns on his teeth incase of the future!". I told him that does not make sense! Seems like he wanted to do unnecessary dental work so he could bill the medical insurances. MALPRACTICE! But before this happened to my son. He worked on my teeth first! He started drilling multiple HOLES in my teeth and each place where he drilled the holes at in my teeth. They did eventually get cavities in those holes where he drilled at. He even worked on a tooth breaking my tooth that gave me no problems!!!! I showed him exactly what tooth needed the work. And he worked on my bottom tooth that never gave me problems! I told why did you work on that tooth for?? And you BROKE it!!!! He stood stuttering after I confronted him that he broke my tooth when that tooth never gave me any issue issues!!!! All he did was put a cotton ball on that after he broke it and then I told him, " you broke my tooth, do you have anything to say for what you did??" and told he told me no apologies for that. He worked on a tooth that needed no necessary work but ignored the teeth that needed the help. He IS a MALPRACTICE dentist doing unnecessary dental procedures to bill the insurances. ! He needs to be investigated because to this day. Now i have multiple teeth issues because of all the holes he drilled in my teeth! He KNEW that all those holes he drilled in my teeth would eventually develope cavities in time! He knew what he was doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
