In this day of COVID patients can pay over 1000.00 for a filling that is a dental covered benefit. “Nelly”the manager is extremely unprofessional, and her staff member Maria was willing to give information over the phone about another patients care (adult) ! HIPPA ladies!!! Denti-cal fraud I’m sure will be walking through there door very soon! So if you ever received a receipt from these people without any details and you have dental insurance, I suggest you call and inform your insurance especially if its denti-cal you were charged for services. This is double billing and is fraud."
