"Dr Crawford and the all the medical staff provide excellent care. Checked in the kiosk, then got called in to front desk for paperwork (front desk person was a little bit rude and also looks like she needed extra assistance with finalizing the check in process because a male person who looked like he managed the front desk people gave her some instructions. She asked questions like how did you find out about us and what happened…that made me think she had no idea what was going on. (We were referred by the ER at Children’s Hospital and they sent x-rays since 4-5 days prior) there was an hour wait in the lobby to be seen (my 4yr old did great) and that’s understandable because it was a crowded clinic and the dr had surgeries earlier and was running a little behind."
