"I’ve searched high and low for a PCP who understands me. I found Kathryn Coombes and this practice and I’ve never looked back. She takes the time to truly listen to me and my concerns and I never feel rushed when seeing her. She explains things in a way I can understand them and I trust her. The front desk is just as important as the MD, and they never miss here. They are so kind and always have a smile on their faces. Dr. Coombes’ nurse is also very compassionate, kind, and thorough. 10/10 would recommend!"

"I finally decided to find a new doctor. I’m so glad I did and found Dr Rhea. She is very thorough. She listens and takes you seriously and doesn’t dismiss your concerns. She followed up on my elevated liver enzymes that had been elevated for years but just brushed off. After tests and a liver biopsy I was diagnosed with cirrhosis a couple weeks ago. It was caused by fatty liver which likely took years to progress to Cirrhosis. None of my abnormal blood work was ever followed up on though. I’m so glad I switched doctors and she helped me get my diagnosis. Who knows how long it would have gone undetected if not for her. Now I can take the steps to stop the progression. She has also got me help for my migraines and many other things. I can’t say enough good things about her."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw a practitioner here while I was 8 months pregnant for asthma symptoms in which she prescribed me a pro air inhaler that only works half the time. I kept refilling the prescription however each time the inhaler did not dispense medication. Called the office to let them know about it since I was in the middle of a 2 day attack, for them to let me know I was seen at the “emergency clinic” and “was not a patient” even though they have ALL my information on file (prescription , insurance, drivers license) They did not even offer an appointment with one of their doctors. Really terrible service."

"Dr.Brandon takes the time to listen to me. I have a lot of confidence in her. I would highly recommend this practice. My husband sees Dr. Lorino and really likes him. My sister's husband sees Dr Allen and really likes him. The nurses and staff have always been very nice and respectful . All 3 of us have multiple health issues. We have trust in the doctors we see here. We have been seeing them for many years."

"I would recommend NOT to see this medical practice. The lack of professionalism from the front office staff is beyond sub-par. The office manager at: 7557 Dannaher Way #255, Powell, TN 37849, is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to clients. I believe her name is Joe Ann. I have been seeing a Physician here for almost 2 years and have never had a problem with him. He has been professional and reasonable in all occurrences. It is a shame that I am having to find another Doctor because of the front office staff and especially the "Office Manager". All I wanted to do is file a complaint against a associate of hers that informed my prescription was ready to be picked up, when in fact it was not (this was the 3rd time this had happened and is about a 20 minute drive for me). She informed me that her employees do not do that because they are trained not to. I stated her employees have done this in the past because this has happened on multiple occasions. She became very aggressive in her tone, was extremely argumentative, and also would interrupt me like it was a common practice for her. At the end of the conversation she stated that i should find a new doctor because of the conversation we had. And let me remind you, all I wanted to do was make a written and documented complaint. If this does not "show" you the "true colors" of this office, I do not know what will. Good luck in you search people!"
