"I made a very last minute appointment for my ongoing neck and shoulder pain. It had been hurting for 5 days and gotten more severe. The lady who helped me schedule was super kind and got me the soonest appointment only one hour away from when I'd called. I arrived 15 minutes early. They quickly checked me in and before i could even fill out the paperwork they were calling me to the back. I didnt have to wait at all it was great. Nurse Michelle was super kind as well and listened/seemed genuine. NP Lawrence arrived quickly after the nurse left, he introduced himself, expressed genuine concern for my pain and asked me to talk about it. He listened really well and did a quick but thorough exam of my muscles/shoulder area. He checked for neuro signs and ultimately decided I wouldn't need an xray or imaging if it was a muscle issue. I loved his honesty and I'm glad he didn't attempt to do expensive diagnostics that were unneeded. He told me the treatment plan and asked if it sounded good and what I was comfortable with. He answered any questions or concerns I had. I felt like he really listened and cared. Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a clinic! Thank you all!! I didnt feel rushed at all and they got me out in a timely manner and made sure I was always comfortable with every decision made."

"Worst experience of my life at this place. NP came in for less than two minutes and did basically a half exam. I left with no diagnosis and no medication. He asked what I “wanted him to do for me”, and that is not my job nor do I know what to test for. I called to speak to a supervisor and was told there isn’t one for these issues and that most just leave reviews. Do not waste your time going here because they make you feel like you are wasting theirs."

"The front desk people are absolutely rude. Every time you call, the woman answers the phone as it is a big deal. She doesn’t seem to want to help you when you ask and has a terrible attitude. Makes you not even want to try to get in to see the doctors because of the straight out rudeness that you get when you call the front desk. 1/10"

"We were from out of town staying with friends when my daughter needed her finger examined. She slammed it in the car door prior to our trip. Turned out it was broken and she was in a lot of pain. They were very nice and helpful! Very quick to get us in and very patient with all our questions! Thank you!"

"My experience on 3/03/2023 was A+. From calling yesterday morning for the appointment to entering the lobby meeting the very customer friendly front desk administrator. Meeting Nancy and Doc Lawrence was a blessing. Been in pain for days with no sense of urgency of help from my regular family Doctor. Lawrence dug into my issue immediately. Then after working on the problem and research, developed a plan of attack. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!"
