"They billed a routine mammogram as diagnostic instead of preventative.they charged me over $800. When I asked why my insurance didn’t cover it, they said it was because I was too young. When I called my insurance company they said they cover preventative screening and mammograms for my age. I believe They deliberately miscoded it as diagnostic to collect more money. I will not be going back to them. They even suggested I get a covid 19 vaccine while I was there when I already had covid. If you’re looking for competent nurse practitioners and staff that knows how to properly code your routine exams, I suggest going somewhere else."
