"I worked mostly with Brooke. So in Farragut they are renting low income housing I emailed got an application immediately via email. I then went to turn it in one for myself and my mother another. Being new to TN I am not used to these astronomical prices for rental and was extremely excited to hear and knew I’d qualify. Let’s just say my mother came out from trying to return her app& said they are not going to let any minorities live over here. Further reading and research it was in fact true the community had been trying to stop the apartments from being built for low income residents. Back to this as short as I can make it I qualified in every way what I hadn’t said to Brooke was that in fact in MI I worked for HUD and knew the process where she gave me my app back 3 times to fix or redo. I was persistent with this and every time she said well “it’s this reason I can’t” I had a solution. Finally she takes my application & then emails me a denial,saying that there at felony and evictions on my background check. This is false I work for a airline company and have to pass federal background checks so there are no way that I had felonies on my record as well as saying that several evictions are present which I then tell her are untrue because I still reside at the address she gave and could prove that if she called the rental company she talked around it but refused to call them to prove I had not been evicted. It was clear that she just did not want my family to live here."

"Worst company I’ve ever worked with in 10 plus years of renting. They don’t respond to messages and don’t fix anything to code. If their maintenance does work, it’s sloppy, ”quick” fixes. The property manager is rude, cruel, and won’t listen to anything you ask or say. Horrible experience. Do not rent from this company."
