"Can someone tell me why no one ever answers the phone or returns calls? I would like to know if they have any apartments available. I've made several trips from Knoxville because I can't get anyone on the phone. they're isn't anyone ever there. Please can someone answer my question."

"Whoever answers the phone here is very rude. Very snappy and quick, not someone I would want to deal with when looking for an apartment!!! She is the reason I will not be looking into this place again!!! Seems to me they need to be kinder and help more when answering the phone!"

"I have been trying to reach someone with no success. I am moving from out of state and this is my favorite! Why is there no one in the office? I'm a senior citizen and would love to get settled there. I was finally able to get the office manager on the phone she was very nice and helpful. I am looking forward to getting relocated."

"Very beautiful, clean, spacious apartments. My aunt recently moved here from another apartment complex (the one behind Food City actually) and I am more impressed with this. The only bad thing is the neighbor was, clearly, outside on his balcony smoking dope. But I guess some bad apples always come with government housing areas. I was impressed by the garbage compactor. That's a great addition to the beautiful building inside and out, and the grounds were kept beautifully."
