"It is the best place to live"
"My nephew and his wife recently moved here but it was my first time visiting them. My first impression of these apartments was they were very clean and well maintained. From the landscaping to the pool, the parking lot and inside his townhouse was very nice. The appliances looked brand new and they were stainless steel as well. Conveniently near shopping and dining."
"We just moved in from out of state and didn't know what to expect. Lenoir City is a nice little town with all the stores you might need close by. Great people in this community and the area seems safe. The townhomes are a good amount of space for the prices in the area. They have a nice little 24hr gym also. The cons I'd mention are mainly around communication and the place still coming together. Our move in dates were changed with little warning. Found out we had to figure out the electric company the day we were moving into town, and they dont answer the phone. The pool is still not open. The mail doesnt deliver here yet. So several little items, but overall we like it so far."
