"1-4 is PACKED FULL of roaches and from my understanding there’s been no pest control there in MONTHS. It should illegal to rent these out. I’m not sure about the 5-8 but 1-4 belongs to the roaches now. The only way to get rid of that many is to burn the whole place down."
