"Beds were very comfortable and good selections for breakfast ..check in went very quickly ..only negative was that housekeeping barged into our room while I was eating breakfast the following morning around 9a ..no knock ..just entered ..I hadn’t even checked out yet ..someone got their signals crossed I guess ..but it did startle me a bit ..would stay again though"

"This place is conveniently located just off the interstate and just down the street from the area I was visiting. There are many services available within walking distance and very short driving distance. We chose to stay here because they allow dogs. The rooms were clean and new, and everything went very well. The outdoor pool was uncovered and looked usable even in January. Maybe it is heated? The reason I wanted to write this review is because Amanda, the person working in the breakfast area went above and beyond. We asked her if there was meat in the eggs, and that morning there was. She went out of her way to heat up some eggs so that my wife and children could have some vegetarian eggs. The quality and variety of the items available at the breakfast were great. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly."
"I'm a Diamond member and I called 2 hours in advance of my 2 pm arrival, understanding that check in is 3 pm at most Hilton properties. I had been traveling all weekend and asked if my room could be ready when I arrived so I could get some rest. Susan was negative from her first comments and repeated that she definitely couldn't guarantee it. She never asked for the room number or if I was a Diamond member. When I arrived and asked if my room was ready she said probably not, again before even asking for the room number or whether I was a Diamond member. She told me check in was from 3-4 and that I should check my phone to see when my room was ready. Susan has no business in a customer service/hospitality position. She is rude and has a piss poor attitude. As for the rest of the staff and my room, everything was good. If you're looking for service, don't expect to get it if Susan is working the front desk."
"Group of 24, booked 12 rooms. It was clean and easy to get to from Interstate. Breakfast was good, they had scrambled eggs and sausage, not just the high carb offerings of other hotels. A couple of people complained about saggy beds and the desk clerk asked for the specific room number so they could check out the issue. My bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We were across from laundry room and never knew it until we opened the door to leave the room."
