Willow Run

"This is the best apartment complex that I've ever lived at. I've lived in several in Knoxville, but branched out a little to save on cost, and I am very glad that I found this place. I was able to afford a 2 bedroom for the price of a small studio in Knoxville. The area is incredibly safe, and is located near restaurants, a beautiful park, and greenways. I loved my stay here. The staff was incredibly nice, and kept the place looking great. The pool was my fave... That I will miss. Quiet, affordable, and safe... I'd highly reccomend. "

"We have been here almost 3 months and we love it here ! Highly recommend. It is quiet, clean, friendly staff (Kim, Patti and Doug) and a great maintenance guy (Jackie). They spray for bugs regularly and the land is perfectly groomed. We have great neighbors. Feel safe here. Thank you all for making us feel at home!"

"I lived here for 2 years in the new building and I have to say this was by far the best apartment complex I lived in management is very professional and helpful and they always took care of me and my apartment was extremely nice and never had any issues with bugs!! I came from Bristol park in oak ridge and this is saying alot bc there management team is rude and unprofessional !! I highly recommend WILLOW RUN!!!!"

"Let's say, I've visited a person here and everytime I did, the water main would break. We watched for an hour until someone, I guess maintenance came and tried to stop the flow. This place is dirty, and the apt. manager obviously doesn't know how to keep things from breaking. The tap water was also tainted with black and white floaties, which is unacceptable. If you don't mind loud people living next to you and stuff breaking, here's the apartments for you. Oh also, it's right next to Clinton High school, so enjoy that school traffic."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TRYING TO RENT FROM HERE! They will lie to you, you will pay to hold an apartment, and then they will come up with some stupid excuse as to why you can't rent and you'll be screwed out of your money! Apparently you can't rent from someone if you're a full-time student and your husband is the only one working, even if he makes FOUR TIMES the rent! If I could rate Willow Run ZERO stars, I would! Save your money and go elsewhere."
