"They do NOT take the guest seriously. Was given the run around on us not staying there. They charged our card after we had cancelled the very next day could not keep a could not keep a single train of thought. And their cancellation policy drastically changed based on what we said. Do not recommend staying. Lord forbid someone on staff steals something from your room or worse. Your claims will not be heard and will be swept under the rug."

"Couldn't have been more happy and will return. It's perfect location to take a break heading for Florida. For $80-90 you won't get a cleaner room. I don't give out 5s easily. This deserves it. Exactly what you pay for and more."

"The person who helped with check-in was good, and the room itself was OK - everything else was bad. First, there's no elevator, so good luck to anyone with disabilities or anyone elderly who gets a room on the 2nd floor. Second, they had to reprogram my keys FOUR TIMES for them to open the door - and even after that, only one of the keys worked. I can understand needing to do it once, maybe twice at most, but four times is just ridiculous. Finally, breakfast ran out halfway through breakfast - and when I asked them to replace the waffle mix, the attendant said "no, because we'll just have to throw it out at the end of the day anyway". This wasn't at the end of breakfast, this was at 8 AM, halfway through it. So, breakfast is included - except it isn't. Management needs to actually care."

"Very convenient to I-75, and lots of spaces on all sides of the building to park your car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night. The beds are comfortable, floors are clean,and the rooms are well taken care of. A great experience. The only issue we had was the strong scent of cleaning fluids in the hallway and rooms. It was at times a bit overwhelming, and could make someone nauseous."
