"They made us feel as if we were a bother to them, very unfriendly (almost rude), when contacted. For our move out, they charged so much that they said had to be done - it was ridiculous. Apparently, they wanted it to be perfect after we had lived there for 3 years. Never again would I rent from a place managed by Welcome Home Properties, and would never use them as a realtor."

"Update to the owner: I have the income, no criminal background and I have been in my current place for 5 yrs. Never late on my rent. So the substance you’re looking at has nothing to do with me being able to pay my rent!!! Yes I would like to discuss this further! We were told that the decision was not solely based on credit but based on substance. Well that was all a lie, We got denied for CREDIT!! They tell you this to take your money which we had to pay 100.00 for the application fee. Like I have that to just waste. And then deny you for Credit after telling you the decision is not solely based on that. Will not tell anyone about this place ever!!!"

They worked with us to let a realtor we are working with come in and do a few videos of the property for us, and have been super accommodating to us moving in from out of state. Text and email communications have been very smooth and easy so far, getting the applications in and lease signed. They are even helping us with having a friend pick up the keys so we are ready to move in when we get into town early on a Sunday morning.
