"Tried to book a room using points, the booking went through and they set aside the room but cancelled it trying to lie and say there are no rooms available. 2 minutes later there was a vacant room if you wanted to pay in cash."
"The room wasn't clean, the carpet had a very unpleasant smell and was sticky. Dust and hair all over the room."
"Unfortunately we had incredibly poor customer service by a young female employee on our second visit. She was dismissive and unhelpful. The first time we stayed a middle aged woman with white/blonde hair was working and she was very sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast is cereal, waffles and toast which was disappointing but hotel is located close to Kroger so we purchased fruit and yogurt for a quick breakfast. Outlets in the room are old and cords fall right out. Cleaning crew tried entering our room 3.5 hours before check out which was awkward."
