"Things were shaky for a bit and then Rachel the new leasing coordinator came, and everything has been better. If you have an issue you can always go to the leasing office and discuss it, they are literally always there versus other apartments where the leasing office is always closed. Spacious apartments, safe neighborhood, super close to the schools, right outside of Gallatin bordering Hendersonville and 20 minutes from Nashville. Best of all its pet friendly."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They are slum lords who treat you like a child if you need their help. Our roof leaked for 8 months during our 12 month lease. They simply wouldn't/couldn't repair it because 1. The management is incompetent 2. The building material they used to build these apartments are so cheap. Also they had to call the Gallatin swat team to the complex because a person drove their car into one of the apartments trying to kill someone which triggered a 4 hour standoff with the police at like 11pm at night. They have someone monitor you at the pool as well. Not a life guard just a random person who works for management to make sure no one is having fun. Looks nice till you sign the lease then they have you! This is by FAR the worst place I have ever lived."

"My door handle fell off and I forgot to call the office during the day, so I called when remembered on the way home. The gentleman that answered was Chris, I explained what happened and let him know that I totally understood if it didn't get resolved until the next day. When I got home 25 minutes later, my door was fixed. He was not only very polite on the phone, but I can't believe how he expedited my issue and got it resolved. Thank you so much for all the great people that work at Wellington, especially Chris whom handled it, it' a pleasure dealing with the office. Thanks again, Kari"

"I am a current resident, and I cannot praise the professionalism of the office staff and maintenance team enough. We have lived here for a few months, and everything is always handled expeditiously. We recently had a main water line bust that left two buildings without water for a few days. The team at Wellington immediately went into action (early morning on a Sunday, no less) once the problem was noticed. We chose to stay in our apartment for the duration of the fix (others were given appropriate accommodations as needed), and we were given a substantial concession off our next month's rent and were provided with numerous gallons of water delivered to our door each day while they worked diligently to resolve the water issue. The contractors were working from early in the morning until late in the evening to get it done as soon as possible, and it was a HUGE undertaking as a whole new line had to be placed. Empty apartments were opened to all affected residents for laundry and showering. The staff stayed in constant communication to keep us updated via email and quickly responded to our calls. Again, the team handled this unfortunate issue SO well, and we greatly appreciate all of their efforts to keep us comfortable and getting the water back on as quickly as they did."
