"SINGLE person living in a single bed apartment... water is $75/mo?? HELLO!?! What!?! Families of four, in a house, pay around $30-40 a month!? Mandatory internet fees ($60/mo)when we would rather use our cell connection!?!? Stop jacking around with bills. In 4 years, rent has increased from around $800 to over $1300. Almost doubled. For what? And the tenants leave trash all over."
