"Stayed here for 9 months and had no issues throughout the stay. We did have some confusion when moving out, but the office made sure to fix all issues and resolve any problems. They are great at communicating."
"Living here felt like I lived at a resort. I loved being part of this community. Never had any issues. Closet space is amazing! Many amenities, fantastic kitchen area, and the greatest staff! Units are pretty soundproof, another plus. I was so sad when I moved! I highly recommend!! If I had stayed in the area, I never would have moved!"
"We loved this place initially. This was the first home I really loved. We had a quiet part facing the trees and the train noise never really bothered us. By the way, if you dont like trains, dont move here. They pass by a couple times a day. The gym is nice. The pool is great. They have food trucks come. Plenty of community events to try and serve people. Never really had an issue until the end of our lease. We tried our best to clean the apartment and they hit us with crazy cleaning charges. We lived there for 15 months. I patched and painted every hole we created. We scrubbed the fridge and countertops, etc. They charged $5 for a lightbulb that was out. It basically needed to be perfect or they charge you. Its either that or a $200 pre-cleaning fee. So you're pretty much set up to fail. They were pretty unforgiving on some final charges we had because we turned our "move out notice" paper a few days late. An honest mistake. It was the holidays and the offices were closed some days. The property manager's response was "Its only $470." I tried to be kind, but it really tested my patience. Haley Benjamin was always so kind to us and it was a joy to work with her with our move in and if we ever had any questions. Overall, not a bad place. But it is growing like crazy and i'm glad we're gone."
"WORST PROPERTY EVER!!!!!!!!! FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE!!!!! The most unprofessional staff i have ever met. The property manager and the Maintenance supervisor are brother and sister and they don't care who they screw over. Becareful coming to this property i assure you all they care about is hitting their numbers. They will not reason with you at all they over charge for everything and they find any excuse to charge the tenant. I left that place cleaned and they still charged me for cleaning. They charge for lights bulbs $5 a pop lol so be aware of that Angela Ransom and nick Panucci they are snakes they are very unprofessional. I would use caution on anyone who would want to move here. Feel free to look at the pictures i have attached and see for yourself if this place needed a cleaning charge. They also charged me for both carpets to be replaced and as you can tell they is nothing wrong with the carpet."
