"I live in the villages of meadowood apartments and this is ridiculous my hot tub has never worked at the apartment for over a year. And I try to go to stonewood and it’s always messed up and Dover glen the code never lets me in the door this is ridiculous to advertise this for an amenities and us residents for us to use either of the three properties."

"Here for two weeks and people are messing with my vehicles already. Asked the office for help but they won’t do anything and won’t even tell me if my stuff is infront of a fake camera or not.also will tell you it is only $500 to break your lease when it is really full month of rent that you won’t be staying for plus $200. Please please please save yourself the time and effort and live in another complex. These people are terrible to deal with"

"I just renewed my lease last month because The Villages of Meadowood is one of the best complexes to reside in Antioch. The rent is affordable, the area is quiet, and the staff members do a great job keeping the complex looking its best. I also have to say that the Assistant Property Manager, Amber Bernay, is an angel! She handled my application and showed me the model unit when I was in the process of moving from New Jersey. I was impressed by how clear, honest, and efficient she was. She didn’t try to oversell the unit to me, she explained the terms of my lease clearly, she had my application approved within a day, AND, she was one of the people who encouraged me to move to Nashville! I’m not kidding when I say she went above and beyond for me. She showed me MeetUp groups for new women in town, left a gift basket with snacks when I moved in, and even provided a wellness check when I got into a car accident. If you’re considering moving to Antioch, definitely consider renting at The Villages of Meadowood! If possible, I recommend asking for Amber to assist you with your application."

"I recently applied here and was disappointed. I took a tour before applying, and don't get me wrong the apartments were nice and everything - just on the small side. I was upfront about everything with my credit, and I was assured that I would be fine; so I had high hopes. I called often just to make sure everything was still fine. I even asked if I needed to provide any extra documents, and I was told not to worry. When I applied, I was also told I should hear from them by Friday. Friday comes around, and I don't have an update. I called and emailed them with no response. Monday rolls around - my roomate gets a call from them saying we were not accepted. So, I called and asked the reason why, and the person said she could not tell me over the phone - i respected it. Come to find out the reason was my credit. I was very disappointed becuase I was upfront about everything from the jump, I was assured I was fine, and come to find out I wasn't. I honestly feel like it was a waste of $60. If they were just honest with me upfront as well, I wouldn't have even bothered."
