"Too all who must know. I have lived in Weatherly for almost 5 years. My experience has been interesting through the changing 4 managers. The beginning and ending managers have been personable but professional. I have enjoyed my stay. These outstanding women work hard to please, maintain, offer assistance without compromise, helpful, encouraging, and hopeful about things not in their control. Mrs. Amber, Ending Manager To see her, you would think about young girl on a big wheel. She has a personality that is misunderstood. She is straight forward, fair business minded but friendly. Learning and accepting people for who they are and the way they wish to be treated is a strong point. It is not easy to do a job you love, at the end of the day, Mrs. Amber gets ready for the next day. To meet her, it is nice with business ethics conversation. To know her, you can understand the determination to do a good job. This means, if you are woman and you are in a professional role, you can be assured you will be persecuted No Matter What you do. She shows she can handle herself and the job she loves. Hats off to you Mrs Amber."

"They did me very wrong by telling me to my face that I was approved for an apartment and were holding a place for me, then sent me a rejection letter in the mail because my credit wasn’t good enough. I was waiting for the email they said I’d get for my date to move in like an idiot. They told me they wouldn’t waste my time getting my work verification if I wasn’t approved but they didn’t even know if I was or not yet. That is extremely unprofessional and poor handling. What if I was all packed? What if I had nowhere else to go? You don’t tell people stuff like that on a hunch. This place was my only hope that was close to my work and accepted my low income and they lied to my face. I am extremely disappointed. Considering they’re a low income place, you’d think they wouldn’t be so strict on credit either because a lot of times those things go together. Some people have struggled in the past but still need a decent place to live. This whole system is garbage."

"Weather Ridge is a great place to live! I've lived here for 13years and throughout the years we've had several management. Yet now we have the best ever and her name is Mis.Amber Pillar! The best yet, she's very kind and caring! We have a assistant and her name is Mis Bridget, she's super cool! Great staff! Come check us out!!"

"I would love to share my experience with Ambre Pilter. I am on of the long time tenants.She is excellent in being a property manager here. She is very efficient and effective in getting tasks accomplished. She is a natural born leader in running this property. She is friendly with her tenants, yet keeps honesty at the forefront. She is a wonderful problem solver and has assisted me greatly with many issues. I understand that in this position you can't please everyone. However, from what I have seen and experienced, she has been incredibly helpful, attentive, and productive in her position here. I am very grateful for her presence here. Many places are great, but do not have good management. This place has great management because of her."
