"Great affordable housing. Small community and convenient location. Traci has been the best manager by far. She is kind, thorough and fair. If you follow the rules and pay your rent on time, no problems. Only issue is slow maintenance."

"I lived there 4 yrs ago! Reviews weren’t available. Traci Cooper, Mgr. was horrible and would find ways to get late fees out of you! I felt she was racist. They stole my $500 deposit and their attorney, Rubinstein is friends with the Judges so you WILL lose in court. He’s an acting Judge. I took them to court to get my full deposit back AND I had pictures! The Judge, Mondelli, knew I won and didn’t rule in court. Made me call back at 3pm and ruled in their favor. Horrible Management!! A no go!!"

"I PAID FOR A APP FEE THAT WAS NEVER REVIEWED I SPOKE WITH LANDMARK PROPERTY IS HANOVER RIDGE CORPORATE OFFICE ABOUT GETTING A REFUND ON IT AND JEN TOLD ME I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT NOT BEFORE SPEAKING TO DANYELLE THE NEW GIRL FOR THE COMPLEX WHO TOLD ME THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO APARTMENTS AVAILABLE AND I WARN EVERYONE WHO IS EVEN REMOTELY EVEN A LITTLE BIT INTERESTED IN THIS PLACE TO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THEY ARE FRAUDS, BECAUSE I HAVENT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK YET NOR ARE THEY RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND I EVEN REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND THEY COULDN'T CONTACT THEM SO THEY SAID THEY WILL BE GIVING THEM A BAD RATING SEE PEOPLE CAN SEE HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS"
