"I have been seeing a wonderful hair stylist at Spank’s for about 10 years. Her name is Veronica, but she is no longer working. I took a chance with another stylist, Ellie, today. I am beyond disappointed. I needed a hair cut, roots and highlights after a year of Covid. I don’t know what she didn’t understand, but I left with almost red hair, no highlights and not a professional haircut. I was planning to spend at least $300. Fortunately Ellie had the decency not to charge me. I left with a foil of bleach on my hair per my request. That was the only part that came close to the highlights I originally requested. I wasted three hours there and my hair is a hot mess."
