"Such a great place for anyone looking to rent in Nashville. Central location close to everything!!!! The grounds are well kept and pretty much brand new. My brother recently moved in and Gina and Kennedy in the office were amazing. So helpful and so kind!!! They even had treats for my pup when we came to visit. Couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming."

"I moved in October, 2023. Gina was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. I have lived in several other apartment communities in Hermitage and this is by far the best experience. Management actually cares about our safety and security, which is not a top priority in most places. The grounds, buildings, and amenities are gorgeous, I feel like I’m living in a resort! I only wish I had made the decision to move sooner!!!!"

"We moved into the Edison at Riverwood April of 2023. We found about 50 apartments online and toured 5 when in town. When I initially toured the property it was very fast since I was touring 5 complexes in one day. The model unit was great but a majority of the units are very different with the layouts, building locations, some have outdoor patio storage closets others don’t, and floors (level one has 13 foot ceilings the others are 9) so I would make sure you know exactly where you are going to be on the property and which layout you will be getting. The cabinets, counters, and carpet are consistent across all units as far as I can tell. We have a 2/2 Tesla with no outdoor closet and are in building 2 on floor 2. Our building is the leasing office so this means the only way into our building is via key card or a physical key, all of our hallways are indoors with doors and security cameras, we have an elevator, and we are within steps to the mail room, the gym, the yoga room, the coffee bar, and the common areas. Our location in our opinion is one of the best. We have talked to other people on property and visited their buildings / units and it is a very different feel in buildings that are not near or at the main office. Several units on other ends of the property do not have a protected hallway, so what this means is there is no doors. You can walk into the hallway and be directly at peoples doors without the use of a key card or physical key, there are also no cameras, and those buildings do not have elevators. Just make sure you know what building you are getting. The cameras in our building have also been a huge help! They actively work and the office does a great job at referring to the cameras if there is ever any questions, it makes me feel very safe. The complex has recently had several issues with car break ins and most recently there was gun shots on property related to the break in. Since myself and my boyfriend have been here we have never had our cars broken into, and several of the residents that we have known with break ins received assistance from the property immediately. The property has done a great job keep residents informed via email about the instances and have installed a security camera at the front of the property which caught the recent break in cars tags, and we have employed a full time night security guard which can often be found patrolling the grounds. The property is so dog friendly, it is amazing if you have a fur baby. Gina, Sasha and the office staff do such an amazing job of making my dog feel welcomed. They always have treats out, toys, and are so good to the dogs. They throw events often (once a month) and several are centered around dogs, photos with the Easter bunny, free dog toys and treats for Christmas, a dog mingle day at the park with free treats, toys, and bandanas, a free concert at the pool, an event for kentucky derby, and so much more. They are constantly putting on events for residents and the property is usually decorated for events. Since the property is so dog friendly this also means that there is dog feces everywhere.. Everywhere. The property does a great job of having pet waste stations every five minutes around the property, the containers are always free of waste and full of poop bags so its not the properties fault.. It’s the other owners. However we don't mind! I would rather have a place that respects dogs and all their “messes” then a place that doesn't care for animals, and they do their part providing bags and places to dispose of the feces. The two dog parks also have poop scoopers and their are trash cans everywhere on property for trash as well. If you ever have a complaint or suggestion and you send it to the leasing office they actually listen. The office staff is always downstairs during their office hours and you can walk right in and ask questions to Gina and Sasha, they truly have an open door policy. The maintenance team is always great and will respond asap. They will greet you with open arms and dog treats."

"I’ve been living here at the Edison at Riverwood since they opened in 2020 and it has been a fantastic experience! The leasing office staff have always been so pleasant to work with and always greet with a smile and have always remembered me. Gina was the first one I met when I first applied and she made the process super easy and has always been so friendly to me. The maintenence staff have also been amazing when I’ve needed assistance on an emergency basis. They have been friendly, timely and helpful! I love the size and quality of my one bedroom apartment. I love how quiet my building is. I rarely have any issues with loud surroundings. The location of the complex is perfect to the highway, lake, and major grocery stores. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the only things I would change would be the lack of gated entrance and I wish other tenants would be mindful of cleaning up after their pets. Other than that, I love living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home!"

"The Edison at Riverwood is a wonderful apartment complex. I toured the property back in October and was immediately impressed with everything I saw. The leasing agent, Gina Porter, was extremely nice and helpful. She was so wonderful to deal with, that I knew instantly that I wanted to move here. So in late November, I reached out to her about availability and lucky for me they had the perfect floor plan that would soon be available. I was so excited! In less than a couple of days, Gina was able to confirm my approval status. Move-in day was a seamless process because she had all of my paperwork ready to sign, as soon as I arrived. She has been the absolute best part of this process aside from the amazing amenities here. She's truly an asset to the team here at The Edison and I hope she never leaves."
