"Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service lack of care and safety In the complex. If I could give -10 stars ⭐️ I would. The location is convenient however the costumer service and responses when majorly concerned for safety it is despicable. First let’s begin with the lighting in the property it was a concern since day 1 and I brought it up to management maintenance on multiple occasions in which I’ve been advised that they are “working on it” is scary walking to my car when is dark out. I leave before the sun comes out and come back when is already dark sometimes super late and for 6-7 months plus now they are “replacing the lights” which according to the rude heavy set maintenance guy they are specially ordered. Second Trash is charged as valet however no trash is picked up the bin is inconveniently located causing an eventful lengthy walk behind a ghetto gas station which is not esthetically pleasing but most importantly unsafe. Third the tailgating at the gate is ridiculous at this point unsure of the purpose of the closed gate as anyone seems to come in right behind another car consistently. Last but not least, during the most recent snow event, the negligent response from management staff as well as the lack of action,which genuinely concerns me was highly unacceptable. I’ve lived on a hill before in an apartment complex where the weather conditions were severe but were properly maintained and I was always able to use my garage. At Waterford landing the premises were NEVER treated nor de-iced at all. I still had to work during the weather as my job has no option to work from Home needless to say my car was stuck slipping sliding unable to use the garage and walking in out the apartment had several falls walking to the trash bin and my car I could only imagine someone elderly severely injuring themselves.When I brought up the concerns to the office I was advised that they can’t shovel the snow they only have a landscaper who can treat the issue but he was not responding I requested a reasonable plan or option I suggested maybe hiring another company they said they could not do that and I quote “ nothing we can do several of us live of the hill and cars have not moved since the Sunday prior”. Funny how I pay nearly $2000 for Rent but each time I’ve had a safety concern maintenance issue or emergency not caused by me I’ve been ignored and bit prioritized. There are plenty of other places in much better condition with effective communication and professional staff members that will properly address concerns save your time money snd disappointments. I would advise you to look elsewhere this property is NOT recommended as safety isn’t negotiable."

"Nice enough place, plenty of parking, storage availability, apartment size & accessibility. But the roaches. If there's one thing that will send me screaming, it's roaches. *shudder*"

"My family and I have been living at Waterford Landing Apartments, for the past four years now. And, we love it here! It’s close to the interstate and Kroger is just down the street. The ladies in the office are nice and always helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere to call “home” this is the best place to start!"

"Great location, great amenities. Maintenance is nice and quick to respond, and front office staff are always kind and helpful. Apartment is spacious and updated. so far signed for 3 years and have had little to no problems."

"Very unprofessional! I scheduled a tour a couple of a weeks ago online for today at 1:30. I received a reminder 2 hours before to not forget the appointment. I arrived on time and proceeded to go into the office. The door was locked so I called and no one picked up. I called serval more times again no one answered. I got back into to my car to wait a couple of minutes. I went back to the door and it was still locked so I just stood there. After standing there for about 7 mins somebody finally came to the door and stated that she was on lunch and that she wasn’t aware of any tour scheduled, but that she believed that I did schedule one because of this same issue in the past with somebody else. She said they were under a new management and something about the system glitching. So she told me that another lady was supposed to be on her way back to the office and told me to come back at 2:00. I came back at 2:00 the door was locked I called no one answered. At this point I just left.. I understood that things do happen, but to tell me to come back 30 mins later just for nobody to be there is really unprofessional! I’m disappointed because I looked forward into touring these apartments and possibly moving in, but I’m good now. Hopefully you get this under control for future reference!"
