"Not the same as 35+ years ago but still family oriented."
"Omg I grew up in these apartments in the early and mid 80's. JE Moss just opened and we had to walk to school up hill both ways. Man, those were the days. Nothing much has changed about these apartments but the name and owners. Still same ol speed bumps that are so big you literally almost have to stop to go over them or you'll f up your car."
"I've been here a few yrs. I love the way it's kept clean.everyone that was here when i moved in were so welcoming. I was given a welcome home gift bag and rules to live by. I did appreciate all of it.We have security here all the time aswell as a number to call if there's a problem.So far it's been really pleasent here.My only issuse would be the nonstop trains they go threw here all day, everyday and night even.I learn to live with the noise just to keep this apartment that prefect for me and my grand babies who vist often."
"It's exactly called the Park At Richards Road Apartments Complex i love it here the landlord and her other coworkers and the maintenance men are so nice and kind always on time to do thing that need to be fixed especially on emergency they keep the property well clean and looking good and its a quiet place to live don't have washer and dryer hookup in noon of the units but have them on property i give these apartments a thumb up ☝"
"The Manager, Valerie, flat out lied and said I left water damage in the apt., when I had them come out 3 times to fix a water issue in the apartment. The water damage occurred after the chose to wait 3 days to respond to my initial complaint. Not to mention all the cabinets were scratched up before I moved in. The leasing agent assured me not to worry because they would be upgrading all the apartments soon and they would replace the cabinets then. I lived there for 2 years and no upgrades were made. They also charged me a $75 cleaning fee. The apartment was left cleaner than I received it. Lastly, they charged me a late fee for September's rent after it was okayed previously by the manager but then she decided to take it out my deposit after I moved out at the end of October."
