"There's only one guy at this location that knows what he's doing. On Thursday, 1/18/24, I went in to get my fade redone. I literally said SAME LENGTH ON TOP and I came out looking like GI Jane. There was no acknowledgement of it, no checking in before slicing off inches from my head, no attempt for small talk at all, actually. It's going to take a while to grow all of this back and I'm going to have to find a new place to get my haircut."

"The beautician butchered my hair cut today. It will take me 3 month or more before it may look presentable again. My hair is very fine and does not grow very fast, but she cut it so short even after she agreed not to cut it above my ears. The beautician should not be permitted to cut women's hair. She has no idea what she is doing. No stars. When people tell me what a treble haircut i have and how bad it looks I will tell them never go to Great Clips South Shore their beautician don't know what they are doing."

"My name is Mounaim, today, Sunday around 1:50 pm, i got my hair trimmed a little bit in front and a little short on the back. It took the lady about 10 minutes, and it’s okay for me. I asked her if the sides were even, she said YES, i left $3 tip… she looked offended! no thank you no good bye or have a good one. When i came home, i had to finish the sides and the front with my own scissors and clipper. I’ve been going to Great Clips in Shore Center for 14 years. Next time, i don’t want her to assist me."

"This place was so great! I donated my hair and they did such a great job at cutting my hair. They were patient with me and showed som compassion because I did get emotional. I will definitely come back"
