I hope this message reaches you I am trying to reach the ceo of this company, I am trying to help my mother translate because she doesn’t speak English and she been trying to contact to you she says “I was scammed she have done applications for 4rooms in the apartment and she paid $77 2times each time she did the application and every time she goes there she says we will call you but they never did but my mom still goes there sometimes to check with them statues , on January 1st she was told the apartments were ready to move in the lady in the office asked to bring proofs of some papers my mother did ,when we went there the lady in the office denied us she said we never had appointments than she always yells at my mom but the big problem was that she told us to let go this apartment we live in now since she promised us we moving to that place my mom have 5 kids who are young and we can’t stay in this house because they think we moving since we let them go and now the lady in the office is saying she gave that house to someone else it’s really sad how people in the office treat other people she didn’t had to lie and take money from us two times , I want to reach the ceo of this company to let this problem know because it’s not fair at all . "Great staff, missing the old and great full for the new. Maintenance is on point, i love the peace and quite. I would continue my stay here but as usual nothing has come available because noone likes moving out. If they had something available for my new family size I would definitely be staying. That's why I give it only 4 stars"

"Do not move here the new office manager needs a professionalism class. She’s so rude to the residents. All the photos you see on they page is when they was first built back when whoever knows. They don’t clean the apartment the appropriate way that it should when a family move out they just paints over the dirty walls and leave broken appliances in the apartment. Their maintenance doesn’t know how to fix things he always says he have to call someone to come fix it, because he doesn’t know how to. If he do try to fix something trust me he’ll be back 3+ times before things are fixed or before he make a call. The playground is terrible it’s falling apart kids do not even play there it’s such a hassle. They have to play in the parking lots just to have fun such and unsafe place to live with kids. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! ILL MOVE TO JCUC BEFORE EVER COMING BACK TO THIS HALFWAY HOUSE!"

"Been living here for a year now. And I really do love it. It is quiet. And that's what I love the most. The maintenance guys are super nice. Especially to my child. Which in my eyes is a plus."

"It a real pain if u live in the back. 5 min of up and down stairs to just get to your apt. Not at all goid for moving or any type of physical problem. Parking is limited also."
