"I move out from June 9th & made many attempts to call & the office five staff ignored the phone, do you know how many times I have to drive all the way to the property since I have moved just to speak to someone to get an update on the deposit that I’m still get to receive over 3 months. I came by today and the workers are comfortably seated inside having a great time with the closed sign on the door, they sat & ignored me even after I knocked as if no one was there, this is the type of treatment we as residents get at 300 Hickory Apartments they don’t care or value the residents. I’m tired of all the pushbacks In regards to my deposit. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE I won’t even dive into the issues during the time I was living here. I would NEVER RECOMMEND"

"Everything people are saying is so true!! They add extra fees, the pool is dirty and moldy you would’ve thought it being closed up until three weeks ago it would’ve been clean it is still looking green cracked with mold and just dirty honestly a health hazard along with everything else! Maintenance has a smart mouth and will argue you down about what you do and don’t put in the drains. Work orders do not ever get completed when all he does is ride around and smoke cigarettes. I haven’t ran this vent not once and I looked in it it’s filthy no way they changed it. Tubs and kitchen sinks have been clogged since we moved in. The sink garbage disposal is cheaply put together! They charge for trash and they hardly come get the trash. Washer + dryer + WiFi was told it’ll be included but getting charged for it we would’ve rented out our own or bought our own for what it’ll equal up to when the lease is up. Closets don’t shut and neither do the room doors. Balcony is terrible put together as if we are gonna fall through if we make one wrong move. Breezeways are filthy and it smells like literal poop n garbage in this atmosphere. Office never answers the phone and you have to call back to back to back to even get a response our tubs have been clogged for days to where we can’t even shower and we don’t even wash our hair in the tub!!! These apartments are literally catfish the office staff act sweet and like they care but they don’t. We are so sad being here it’s so filthy no place for a newborn UPDATE: They still have not came to fix ANY issues I’ve had to drive to Murfreesboro EVERYDAY to shower! They don’t care anything about the conditions we have to live in we were totally catfished once my gf told them she wanted to end the lease they acted so concerned like they were gonna come fix the issue it has been OVER 10 DAYS WITH A CLOGGED UP TUB!!! I am beyond livid this is trifling and no way a person paying over 1700 should live in on top of all the extra fees they add! This is RIDICULOUS! They were/are too worried about my review being took down and haven’t fixed ANYTHING"

"I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! They will say that your rent is one price , but add all these “extra fees” that make it close to $100+ more than what your rent is supposed to be. Do not trust any of the property managers. For a renovated apartment, I have to pay for the washer and dryer separately $50/mo when it was INCLUDED in the renovated apartment. I asked for it to be removed and all of a sudden, I cannot get it out. They will might make you feel like it’ll be a great home but it’s not, don’t get me wrong, it’s peaceful, but the office and the way they try to “get over” buy charging for things they don’t do makes you want to move asap. I pay more than a 2 bed, that’s NOT renovated and I have a 1 bed/bath (there isn’t a HUGE difference). My neighbor told me not to trust anyone in the office , and I can say he told the TRUTH ! Also , they’ll charge you a trash fee for it to be picked up from your door. "

"Move in from out of town, came down to the apartments to view, the unit that they show off was great new appliances and everything worked. Went to review my unit and Taylor said I couldn’t view it or get the keys until I sign lease.. so I signed to get in the unit and everything was wrong with it. By the time I got to leasing office the were close. So Saturday Morning went to office no one was there so I stuck the keys and folder in the door stating that I was unhappy and want my money refunded mind you I had the key less than 24 hours. So I gotta take them to court. I called several times no one answers the phone. How do I get in contact with Corporate. I’m on site now and no one is in office I been outside wait since about 3:15 pm I would not recommend these apartments without dealing with major issues."
