"I just came to put an application in and please if you are thinking about applying PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.I had an appointment at 115 I was there at 1 they kept refusing me to do my application because someone erased my name from the 115 slot and put my appointment back at 915 which is the original time I had before I called back and reschedule to130.After pleading and basically begging for them to see me because I took off work early and drove from Franklin someone finally yes they could see me at 130 if I come back .Now I’m the meantime while I was begging to be seen today so I wouldn’t have to take off again Kelley Chrissy a woman with black long hair was very rude to me and told me I was being aggressive and rude. I explained to her I was sorry but I wasn’t being rude I just took off work and had an appointment scheduled and didn’t want to have to take off work again to come back . It was another woman there who is the one who scheduled the appointment.She even is the one who pointed out my 115 appointment had been erased and she didn’t know why or who did it .They told me it was another appointment at 115 but I could come back at 130.I sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes no one ever came . When 130 came God wouldn’t even let me go in to apply because if this is how they treat future residents I wouldnt dare want to live there .I was afraid that they would just take my application fee and not even look at my application after the woman was so rude to me and the way she looked at me made me feel very uncomfortable and the way she talked to me made feel disrespected. I called to speak with regional manager Amanda bender who I’m waiting on a call back but I probably won’t get that.If it’s an higher management that sees this I hope you take care of your staff in office because the way I was treated was so unprofessional.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE. KEEP LOOKING I ASSURE YOU THIS PLACE IS NOTAND AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS THEYVE HAD MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ISSUES FOR A WHILE NOW. The service deserved 0 stars"

"If you need to save money this is the place but you definitely will get what you pay for. The staff changed when I first moved in. I didn’t realize the complex qualified for section 8 until after I signed my lease. Some of the neighbors are nice and mostly keep to themselves. Some neighbors are disturbing. I did see unsupervised children out and they are careless about other peoples property. I had 3 cars broken into on different occasions. Management says they have security but you never see them unless they are putting a violation sticker and you don’t see security then. Maintenance tries to keep the area clean but who would want to keep cleaning EVERY SINGLE DAY? There isn’t a big maintenance staff only 2 as far as I know. At the end of the day, it’s ok if you want to save some money to live here but you won’t have much peace."

"I've enjoyed living here. It's nice, not perfect but anywhere that you live will have it's pro's and cons. Pro's to me: Spacious. At least the 3 bedrooms are. Loved my balcony. Didn't have to pay water. Maintenance always came when something needed to be fixed which was only 3 times out of 2 years. Nice size master bedroom. Good amount of closet space. Close to everything. Great area. Con's: My neighbors upstairs were awful with the stomping. Nice lady but they were loud as ****. There are a lot of kids. Kids used to be out at all times of night. The office did place a curfew of 7pm for them about 6 months ago. It helped some. Not completely. Loud Music outside from time to time. The office staff has changed 4 times in the last 2 years. Nina the office manager isn't the friendliest person but if you pay your rent on time and stay to yourself you'll be fine."

"The Ghetto!! I have lived here for Three years, and in the beginning this was a beautiful place to live. But...it has gone to hell in a hand basket!!! This complex use to be quiet (not anymore), it use to be safe(not anymore) in fact I can't even order a pizza and have it delivered because some criminal ordered pizza and robbed the delivery driver at gun point! It also use to be clean (not any more). People hang in the breezeways, in front of your door and on the steps then look at you crazy because you wan to get to your apartment. The kids here are horrible and have no home training at all, they piss outside, throw trash everywhere and vandalize your vehicles... It's like they have no parents and if you ask me the parent's and the children all need ass beatings. This complex changes staff like you change underwear and the Manager Nina West has a nasty, horrible attitude, she never smiles, never speaks and just looks like a mean witch all the time. I am currently looking for a house, I have had enough with apartment living but especially this one. Do yourself a favor, Speed past this place and don't look back. You will thank yourself later!"
