Lynn, the original shop owner, has always given the entire neighborhood fast, professional cuts, and she has earned an army of loyal customers in return. She recently retired and left the shop to a new stylist, named Kim. I am very happy to report that Kim is also an amazing hair stylist. Friendly, fast, and really good with men's fades and ladies cuts. My spouse and I are very pleased with Kim's work, and we definitely plan on staying with with Neptune's in the future."

"Took my kids in for very simple cuts. My daughters cut turned out ok - my sons turned out awful. He has longer wavy hair that we keep sort of shaggy. I told her what I wanted, and she just kept cutting and cutting- it is way shorter than I wanted. Not only is it way too short, it’s also not even. She kept telling him that he’d had baby hair (I guess bc it was longer?) and that now he had big boy hair. He’s 7. He definitely doesn’t need to be told he’d had baby hair. I feel like she just did what she thought would look best and not what I asked her to do. I was glad to get both kids cuts done for just over $30, especially with all the positive reviews, but we will not be going back."
