"On move in day I was told that my apartment wasn’t ready, and that I was suppose to get a call. The manager would not call me. You have to go to the office because no one answers. There has be shooting at this apartments, no parking, and cars get broken it to. This a beautiful complex, but that is all."
"Going into my second year here and I haven’t had any major issues. The units are nice. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. I like that I’m not in a high traffic area (besides the new outlet mall traffic) so it gets pretty quiet as it gets late. I’ve seen the security ride around at night. Safety is a concern anywhere you go now in days so I think it’s great they try to have security at night time."
"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have stayed for a reason. Friendly, clean, safe; and the apartment layouts are modern and new. The gym is wonderful, pool is stellar, and the mailroom uses Parcel Pending so you never have to worry about your packages getting stolen."
"This property has been amazing! My wife and I moved here with our 2 sons back in August and it has blown away my expectations. The apartment is beautiful, well taken care of, and the maintenance request I have had get addressed almost immediately. The office staff is also super nice, and any problems I have had have been taken care of quickly by the office manager Shannon. I love this place, and look forward to renewing my lease!"
"**updated review - You pay for luxury amenities, but they are consistently not taken care of. This picture of the pool is not edited. It has looked like this several times this summer, or is incredibly dirty, because it is not maintained properly. There's also a very long list of add'l fees added to your rent every month, including shared utilities. I would suggest renting from one of the many other new apartments in the area that actually have management that cares about the community.** I moved into these apartments when they were brand new. I have a top floor unit, which I think helps with privacy, and mostly keep to myself. But knowing I read reviews when searching for a place, and there are many new apartments going up in the area, wanted to include a few things to consider: - Parking is not monitored and can be really packed if you're parking in the evening, especially on the weekends. I've had to walk from several buildings away after 9pm. - The complex is not secure - no gate, or added security measures. - Walls in the units are incredibly thin. You can hear all the noise from your neighbors, even just talking. - Overall, the unit is modern and a nice layout. Haven't had any major issues. - The amenities are not well-kept, including the pool. It was not cleaned often enough last summer and was dirty for weeks. The pool area is also not monitored - people consistently bring more than 2 guests. - The new management began charging for shared utilities, including common area electric and trash (outside of your per unit costs). I have never experienced this at an apartment and think it is ridiculous - it's what you pay rent for. This added cost doubled my monthly utility bill - just a heads up."
