"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! Buildings built in the 60s, they slap a new coat a paint on them every year to make them look new. If you're debating on moving to this property just look at the foundation, its crumbling. Meaning no insulation= high electric bill, unstable structure, ROACHES!!!!!!!!. Day 1 of living there, I spent 2 days trying to catch a LIVE RAT inside the apartment. Your apartment WILL BE BROKEN INTO MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! The complex will not help you in any shape or form, your safety is not important vs your money. Once you decide to leave, they will treat you as such. Do not expect for them to help you with any need. I promise you, the best decision you could make is to not live here."

"The application process was quick and efficient with Brittany Morse the Property Manager playing a key role (she would be able to sell you the air you breathe lol she’s just that good). A few discrepancies came along after moving in but maintenance was on the job right away doing repairs. Experience has been nothing short of amazing so far. Chef’s kiss"

"I absolutely love living here, maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner they’re always super respectful as well when entering and exiting! The office staff do such a great job with communication, keeping residents up to date on repairs, complex changes and etc. The complex host events monthly that I absolutely LOVEEE! The coordinators are so awesome and make the events enjoyable to come to every month. I have been here 6 months and have no complaints. My neighbors keep to themselves, respectful, and the complex overall is a great place to live. I love my townhouse and planning to renew when my lease is ready to be renewed!! I highly recommend British Woods to anyone that may be looking for a place to call home, because this has been a place that I’ve fell in love with. Thanks to management and office staff, coordinators, and maintenance team. You guys are awesome!!"

"I had a very pleasant experience with Kristin. She took me around on the golf cart and showed me everything that was to offer on the grounds. The grounds we're very clean. The pool was sparkling. I absolutely loved everything that I saw. I am a very observant person when it comes to cleanliness and I'm sold.. Thank you so much Kristin , you are awesome!!"

"This place is not worth living in. If you wanna know why look at the pictures and explanation, this place will constantly raise your rent not by a little but on average of $250 a month every year, they will tag your car if they feel its been in a spot too long but don’t have any care if other park in your spot. They don’t have a sufficient size for your trash so you will be left helpless trying to find somewhere to put your trash and don’t think about putting it outside your door or porch cause they will fine you. They also are horrible about maintenance they took 2 days to respond to our ac not working of which we just found that the cord was frayed. They also try to do anything they can with your stuff in the storage locker at all times they are trying to interrupt your peace. We are constantly getting notes left on our door that they are doing this or that with the apartment and you have to move all your things and of the times 4 were that nobody had even showed up and they rescheduled. They will also bombard you with emails about very nit picky things like having any padio furniture. Also when tearing down the old burnt building they threatened to tow residents cars if you did not move them and if there weren’t any unlabeled spots to park in then you would have to park at the office and walk to your car and walk back whenever you had to go somewhere. My car was showered with ashes and i asked if there was anything they could do for my car , i was told that if it was not damaged there is nothing they can do. The list is much longer than this but all i can say is if you are new to nashville of moving to nashville …. Stay away from here for your best interest"
