In summary, if you are planning to apply for an apartment at Waterford Crossings I think you should to it with Kai."

The rent is also very reasonable as compared to others in the area. I have yet to move it here, hence the 4 stars. I’m sure I will making this a 5 star once I move it. Looking forward to my new home."
