"I absolutely LOVED living at The Saxony. It was my best rental experience in Nashville. Let's start with the staff - Morgan, Kristin, Bryan - all are just wonderful people who I could turn to with literally every need big or tiny that I had. I felt safe living in the complex, taking walks at night, even though my unit was all the way at the very end I never felt any fear. The apartment - so spacious! I had the one bedroom with a den which I used as a studio. I loved the gorgeous round window in the living room with the tree, it was dreamy. The balcony was perfect size as well. And the bedroom was huge! The appliances were brand new when I moved in, which was a very nice treat. And the pest control guys were always on time. I enjoyed the interactions with my neighbors who were all so pleasant. The one and only thing that initially I thought might bother me was the wall-to-wall carpet, since I prefer a floor that I can wash. But in the end I learned to enjoy that too, once I saw how happy it made my kitty snuggling on the carpet in the winter. The rent fee was great and even my I finished my lease and wanted to extend on a month-to-month lease they took care of it immediately and the rent then wasn't too bad either. At the end of my stay they opened the pool which I enjoyed a couple times. Oh, the one thing I would change if possible is all those speed bumps at the driveway. There are too many of those first of all and second of all they are too high which for low cars like mine is an issue, even with 0 miles I still hit my car. So if there's a way to smoothen those and make them lower that'll make it easier to drive :) All in all a perfect place to live at! I recommend it wholeheartedly. I moved out 5 weeks ago, and still waiting for my security deposit to come back, I hope it arrives soon. But given the fact that I kept the apartment in perfect condition I'm confident I will get it in full. I assume it's taking longer than expected due to some overload of work in the office. "The Saxony Apartments in Antioch had been our home for the past 9 years. We just moved since bought a home. We started in a 2 bedroom and when we went to a family of 3 to 4, we then went into a 3 bedroom. Morgan, Kristen, and all the maintenance team is always so prompt and professional, they truly make you feel so comfortable! I will be recommending it to all of my friends and family, since it was such an amazing temporary home for our family. Thank you to ALL The Saxony staff! Y’all are amazing!"

"I have lived at the Saxony for about a year, and it is by far the best experience I have had in apartment living. I relocated from out of state, and the management staff was incredibly helpful and stayed in contact with me during the entire process. The community is vibrant and nestled in a quiet area of Antioch near restaurants and shopping, and only 20 minutes to downtown. The maintenance staff responds promptly to any need in a professional manner. The apartment itself is spacious and modern with washer and dryer connections. The grounds are well maintained, and there is a very nice pool and workout facility as well. I would highly recommend The Saxony to anyone moving to the Nashville area."

"I’ve lived in 6 different apartment complexes in the Nashville area, and I wish this had been the first one because I would have lived there all 6 years. Hands down best place I’ve ever lived, and I only moved because I bought a house. The regional manager, property manager, office staff and maintenance team are all friendly, helpful and wonderful. My apartment was gorgeous. The complex is super pet friendly and always felt very safe. I honestly could go on and on with nice things to say about my time at Saxony, and for the first time in my extensive experience renting I don’t have a single complaint :)"
