"Terrible, worst apt experience ever. If I could rate 0 stars I would. 2 people who work inside the office as of 3/8/24, gave 5 star reviews, 1 is the leasing agent who does not even live on the property! Do NOT move here!!! The 2nd day, while I was still moving in, the power went out. Slum-Lord living at its finest!!! I had no heat from 12/22-12/26. Maintenance never responded, however the leasing agent replied back by email….as of 3/08 heat has went out 7x. NOTHING has been fixed or repaired in 2mos. Regional Manager has done nothing, Office Manager just lies & shakes her head. She did admit my apt was not move in ready. She also stated to Regional Manager & myself “heating systems are faulty but “pricey” to repair”! Sad to read the horrible reviews stating the exact same issues. People work hard to pay this amount of money to be treated this way. Peace of mind is priceless, I became stressed & depressed. I can not & will not live in such away, to keep complaining, about the same issues. I’ve had to pay over $5,000.00 to break my lease. I’ve spoke with several tenants that are living with rodents, but just can not afford to leave. Allegro on Bell needs to be reported and investigated."

"I lived there for 2 years and moved out almost 4 years ago. The same thing was happening when I lived there. Cars vandalized and they spent 4 months in my apartment "remodeling" while I lived there. The workers left lunch containers, soda cans and even found a baby sock under my bed. I almost had a nervous breakdown coming home from work to this almost daily. They still would not let me out of the lease and did nothing about the workers treating my apt that way. I am 58 yrs old and have always rented. This was the worst place I ever lived. It was great at first when it was Brentwood. Cute little apartment for a great price. It changed quickly when it became Allegro. Only writing this review so long later to try and help others to not move there. Very unsafe and unkept."

"7th week of my my bathroom floor vibrating I have lived here 10 weeks. Dirty air filters, leaky faucets, and squeaky showers. I've submitted service orders, spoken with Management several times, and called the emergency line to have the faulty machine repaired, and my bathroom still vibrates. Don't move here.Once you're in everything falls apart. Management is nice. But that abouts it. Smile in your face a s do nothing to repair chronic problems. Once you've in, your pretty much stuck."

"These are the absolute worst apartments I have ever stayed in, there are constant car break ins, my car got broken into and 2 other cars back to back. They over charge and I constantly have to go to the office every month to complain about extra charges on my bill. And when I say EVERY MONTH I mean EVERY MONTH. I transferred units and the one I moved into did not have a working washer and dryer and it took them a whole over a month to get me one also while trying still over charge me. We pay $30 for valet trash, but my trash has only been picked up once since I've been there. Property Managers keep switching. It takes forever for them to fix things, you literally have to go show your face in the office everyday until the problem is fixed. These apartments are just all around horrible to live in and I would not recommend these apartments to ANYONE. It makes me want to literally break my lease. Overall worst experience ever."

"After only 5 days of living here, my heat could not be turned off. I got no response after calling the emergency line 3 times to inform them. I had to open the sliding glass door in the middle of the night I'm December because the heat was suffocating. I had to leave work the next day to make sure the issue was noted which it was not. The maintenance crew called me at work later that day and told me they had provided a heater and it would be the next week before the heat could be repaired. I came home from work, maintenance had reentered my apartment without consent, fixed the heat, left it on 75 degrees, the heater on high, put trash in my toilet and left it. I put food in the microwave not knowing the heater was left on and it blew the breaker. I was charged 30 dollars for a convenience fee because I was unsure of what happened when all the lights went out and called Maintenance. Now, I have been living with an industrial fan running under my bathroom for 5 days because someone allowed the pipes to burst in the empty apartment below me. I don't have a time estimate of when the fan will be removed. Just when the apartment below me is dry. Again, it has already been 5 days. The fan emits a continuous vibration so loud I have to close the doors and move away so I can work from home without distraction, and sleep on my couch. The toiIet vibrates when you I sit on it. I do not recommend this complex for anyone who enjoys serenity and responsible and respectful treatment. And to top that off, the man who lives below the empty apartment plays his rap music so loud, I have to sleep on my couch. Instead of assistance I was told to call the authorities. And from the amount of weed smoke that circulates through my heating vent, I could stay high 24/7. I've been here less than a month."
